Energy Assessment

PECO offers an Energy Assessment for $50 ($150 value). A representative conducts a home walk-through to help identify opportunities to save energy. Supplementary materials, such as high efficiency light bulbs and power strips, may be provided at no additional charge. A personalized report with suggestions is provided. Participants must be an electric heat customer or have central AC to qualify for an assessment.

Energy Audit

PECO offers an Energy Audit for $100 ($300 value). The audit includes everything offered in the Energy Assessment plus testing for home air leakages, and a list of fixed-price qualified contractors. Participants must be electric heat customers to qualify for the audit.
